What we protect

Events bring large numbers of people together in a short window, often with alcohol, tight entrances and high expectations. Problems at the door or at the front of the stage spread quickly. Event security keeps entry orderly, keeps restricted areas clear and keeps guests, performers and staff safe.

Typical settings

  • Concerts and live music
  • Festivals and community events
  • Corporate functions and galas
  • Private and Stampede-season events

What your coverage includes

Guest screening

Bag checks and prohibited-item screening at every entrance.

Access control

Ticket, wristband and credential checks for general, VIP and backstage areas.

Crowd management

Officers at entrances, stage fronts and exits, watching crowd density and flow.

Restricted areas

Backstage, green room and VIP areas kept clear of anyone without credentials.

Incident response

First response to disturbances, medical calls and ejections, with emergency services called when needed.

Coordination

One plan shared with your organizers, venue staff and police.

How we manage the assignment

  1. Assessment

We review the venue, expected attendance, alcohol service, entry points and any permit or venue requirements.

  2. Personnel selection

We size the team and assign supervisors and officers to doors, floor, stage and restricted areas.

  3. Briefing

A pre-event briefing covers the site map, radio channels, credential types, prohibited items and escalation contacts.

  4. Supervision

An on-site supervisor runs the team, adjusts positions as the crowd changes and stays in contact with your event lead.

  5. Reporting

After the event you receive an incident summary and recommendations for the next one.

What you receive

  • A staffing plan before the event
  • A single on-site point of contact during the event
  • An incident summary after the event
  • Recommendations for future events

Common questions

How many security guards does my event need?

It depends on attendance, the layout of the venue, whether alcohol is served and any requirements set by the venue or your permit. Tell us about the event and we will recommend a staffing plan.

How far ahead should I book event security?

As early as you can, especially for Stampede week and the summer festival season, when demand for licensed guards is highest.

Request an event security assessment

Tell us about the site, the hours and what has happened so far. We will assess the requirement and confirm coverage in a written proposal.
