Consistent people
The officers who know your site stay on it wherever possible.
The Barry Difference is how we run every assignment: who we recruit, how we train and prepare them, how we supervise the work, and how we report and follow through.
Six stages, applied to every contract.
We select for judgment, reliability and conduct first. Every officer holds a valid Alberta security licence, and a licence earns an interview, not a post.
Officers train to our standard through the PSC program, covering communication, de-escalation, legal authority, reporting and emergency response.
Before deployment we assess the site, identify its real risks and write post orders that set out what each officer does, where and when.
Supervisors check posts in person and by phone, review reports and correct problems early. You have a named contact for coverage questions.
Officers file time-stamped shift and incident reports. You receive the reports agreed in your service plan, with issues that need attention flagged.
We review the service with you, act on feedback and adjust post orders and staffing as your site or risks change.

Post orders you have reviewed, so everyone knows the job.
Reports that support owners, insurers and police.
Tell us what you need protected and we will assess it and propose coverage in writing.
