President & CEO – Barry Enterprises Protection & Security Services
Chazz Barry is the visionary founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Barry Enterprises Protection & Security Services, a leading Canadian firm specializing in executive protection, physical security, and risk mitigation solutions across diverse industries.
With a dynamic background that spans military service, law enforcement, corporate security, and leadership development, Chazz brings over a decade of hands-on experience and strategic insight to the private security sector.
Leadership in High-Stakes Security Operations
Chazz's career is defined by his ability to perform under pressure, make swift decisions in high-risk environments, and lead with precision, discipline, and tactical foresight. These qualities shape the operational culture at Barry Enterprises, a company known for its elite security personnel, structured protocols, and commitment to excellence in protective services.
Before launching Barry Enterprises, Chazz founded and led a successful executive protection firm in Toronto, where he directed strategic security operations, managed corporate risk assessments, and built scalable infrastructure for security training and personnel deployment.
Military Experience and Tactical Leadership
Since 2016, Chazz has proudly served in the Royal Canadian Armoured Corps (RCAC) as an Armoured Soldier, where he continues to sharpen his leadership, adaptability, and mission-first mindset. His military service remains a cornerstone of his approach to security leadership, strategic planning, and team development.
Protective Services in Healthcare and Beyond
Prior to his military service, Chazz held the role of Manager of Protective Safety Officers (MPSO) at Lakeridge Health, where he led critical threat assessments, developed safety protocols, and implemented hospital-wide risk mitigation strategies in high-sensitivity environments.
